ilter BLUE 30mlThe SMS Tone Filters are formulated to be less harsh on plastics compared to similar hobby products. Using an oil based paint, they are easy to clean up and provide a subtle filter effect on your model kits. (NOTE: For best results, always apply a layer of paint with PL10 FLAT CLEAR first before applying the Tone Filter. A Flat surface will absorb the Tone Filter creating the change in tone.)
